This wine gives the Walsh & Sons couple a chance to experiment a little with the classic Sauvignon Blanc Semillon blend.

The fruit was fermented on skins in concrete tanks, left on full solids and sent to old oak to mature before bottling. Each decision on the winemaking path has led to a gentle building of texture in the mouth making this just a little more interesting than your usual run of the mill blend from Margaret River.

It's fresh, vibrant and super easy to drink.

Not too funky, not to straight-down-the-line. It's just right.
